- Your name, email address, and profile picture from Google authentication when you sign in
- Trip preferences, saved places, and chat history when you use SipTrip
- Customer messages, phone numbers, names, and contact details when businesses use Mori to communicate with their customers via WhatsApp, web widget, email, or social channels

We use your personal information exclusively to provide and improve our services:
- To authenticate your account and provide secure access
- To personalize AlaBali and SipTrip recommendations based on your preferences
- To enable businesses using Mori to send and receive messages with their customers

Data Storage & Security
Your information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We work with trusted infrastructure providers including Meta (for WhatsApp Business Platform integration via Mori), Google Cloud, Supabase, and Neon. We retain your data only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services. Customer message data handled by Mori is retained according to each business's configured retention period.

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Deletion: request that we delete your personal information
- Opt-out: discontinue using our service at any time

WhatsApp Business Platform & Messaging (Mori)
Mori uses Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform to enable businesses to send and receive messages with their customers. When a customer messages a business through Mori, message content (text, images, attachments) and metadata (phone number, name) are transmitted via Meta's servers per Meta's policies and stored in Mori's systems on behalf of the business operating the account. Each business that uses Mori is the data controller for their customers' messages; AlaBali acts as a data processor. Customers can request deletion or correction of their data by contacting the business they communicated with, or by emailing us directly at the address below.
